Mr. Atul Chaudhary (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Atul Chaudhary has been in the profession since the last 20 years and possesses vast experience in banking & PSU domain. During his professional career, he has handled complex income tax matters and specializes in tax consulting and assessment proceedings.

Mr. Atul Mehrotra (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Atul Mehrotra is the founding partner of ARSAN & Co. and has an experience of more than 30 years in the fields of Assurance, Taxation & Corporate Law. He specializes in providing end-to-end services in relation to tax proceedings, bank audit and internal audit. He is an active social worker and is the Chairman of the Central India Regional Council of ICAI for the year 2022-23.

Mr. Rajan Nagar (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Rajan Nagar is an expert in the fields of corporate taxation, management consultancy, and corporate law matters. He has been involved with some of the most prestigious PSU’s of the Government of India since the beginning of his professional career in 2003.

Mr. Shailesh Sharma (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Shailesh Sharma has been in the profession since the last 17 years. During this period, he has handled various assignments as team leader on behalf of the firm. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in managing the audit function.

Mr. Swadhin Mishra (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Swadhin Mishra is the partner-in-charge of our Lucknow office. He has professional experience of more than 17 years in the diverse fields of assurance & taxation. He also possesses expertise in project management and is actively involved in the telecommunication industry.

Mr. Vikas Shroff (F.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Vikas Shroff has been associated with the firm since the last 15 years. His practice areas include assurance, project financing & taxation. He also plays a vital role in planning, co-ordination & team management with respect to assurance engagements

Ms. Ritika Agarwal (F.C.A, B. Com.)

With more than 7 years of post-qualification experience, Ms. Ritika Agarwal handles assignments related to accounting/ book-keeping, tax-structure planning & investment advisory.

Mr. Ujjawal Pandey (A.C.A, B. Com.)

Mr. Ujjawal Pandey is the partner-in-charge of our Ranchi branch and is enthusiastic about quality service delivery in the fields of audit & taxation. He is experienced in dealing with advanced accounting software & ERPs.

Ms. Anushree Gupta (A.C.A, D.I.S.A, B. Com.)

Ms. Anushree Gupta brings with her over 7 years of experience in the practice areas of accounting, assurance & tax consultancy. She holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit issued by the ICAI & is also engaged in providing portfolio/ wealth management services.

Mr. Rohan Mehrotra (A.C.A, D.I.S.A, C.I.A)

Mr. Rohan Mehrotra is an alumnus of Price Waterhouse Coopers & holds over 2 years’ experience in providing assurance services to global corporates & listed companies in India. He has completed the Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection course introduced by the ICAI and also handles indirect tax assignments on behalf of the firm.

He is also a Certified Internal Auditor and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
